Terms and Conditions of the Contest

1. Organiser

The contest is organised by rollingball.studio s. r. o., Cukrová ulica 10093/3, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 56483546 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

2. Subject of the Contest

The Organiser will provide one selected winner with 40 hours of web services free of charge (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”). The scope and content of the services provided is determined solely by the Organiser.

3. Eligibility Conditions

The contest is open to legal entities or natural persons — entrepreneurs, who meet all of the following conditions:

  • have no outstanding tax arrears or arrears owed to the Social Insurance Agency or health insurance companies
  • are not subject to enforcement, bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings
  • do not operate in the gambling, betting or gaming hall industry
  • do not operate in the adult content, erotic or related industries
  • whose business activities are not in conflict with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic

The Organiser reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at any time, for example through publicly available registers. Any participant who does not meet the conditions will be disqualified from the contest.

4. Selection of the Winner

The winner is selected by the Organiser at its sole discretion. The Organiser is not obliged to justify its decision. No legal entitlement to the Prize arises from participation in the contest.

5. Disclaimer and Complaints

The Prize is provided free of charge, solely as a gift. The services provided are not subject to warranty liability provisions or the right to make a complaint under the applicable provisions of the Commercial Code. The winner acknowledges that they are not entitled to any compensation, reimbursement or further performance beyond the agreed scope of the Prize.

6. Final Provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the contest at any time without any right of participants to compensation of any kind. These terms and conditions are effective from the date of the contest announcement. Legal relations not governed by these terms and conditions are subject to the applicable provisions of the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
